Our contribution for the DigPlay project

What Is Your Role in DigPlay?
Adecco will play a key role in the project. During the initial phase, it will lead the design of the general guidelines for demonstrator development, leveraging its expertise in skills assessment, employability, and workforce development. Adecco will contribute to the co-creation of tailored national implementation plans, support the adaptation of the assessment methodology to local needs and contexts, and coordinate the drafting of a unified evaluation framework.
In the subsequent phase, Adecco will coordinate the pilot use cases in each partner country, capitalizing on its extensive network of educational institutions, employers, and labour market stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and stakeholder engagement. Adecco will also lead the consolidation and analysis of data collected from the pilot use cases across partner countries and educational settings, assessing the impact of DigPlay on learners’ digital competences and generating evidence-based recommendations for future scalability and adoption.
